Screening of Female Camels

The reproductive health of female camels (nūq) is thoroughly examined. If treatment is required, it is administered during the visit, along with a full diagnosis of the camel's condition. Additionally, the camel owner is provided with a detailed treatment plan and guidance on the most suitable time for mating with the male camel to achieve optimal results.

Treatment Protocol Until Mating

The reproductive condition of the female camel is thoroughly examined, followed by a comprehensive diagnosis. If the condition is treatable, the camel is admitted to the veterinary center, where it receives specialized care and targeted medical treatments. Regular diagnostic tests are performed to monitor progress and ensure reproductive readiness for mating. The duration of hospitalization typically ranges from one week to one month, depending on the severity of the condition and the response to treatment.

Treatment Until Breeding (Mating)

Upon receiving the camel (al-mutiya) at the center, a comprehensive examination is conducted for diagnosis. If deemed eligible for treatment, the camel is provided with necessary care and treatments within the center, along with periodic check-ups to ensure readiness for mating at the appropriate time. Coordination is carried out with the camel’s owner to select the suitable stud (male camel) from those available at the center, which are specifically designated for this service.

The center also continues to monitor the breeding process, offering a two-month guarantee from the date of mating to ensure successful fertilization. If breeding is not successful on the first attempt, additional treatment is provided to ensure successful fertilization during the mating season.
